An initial £200 deposit (until 1st May 2026) or the full payment can be made via this website.

The full rate will remain in place from 1st January 2026 to 30th April 2026.

The late booking rate will remain in place from 1st May to 31st July 2026.

Bookings will close at midnight on 31st July 2026.

Payment may be made via this website or by direct bank transfer (please CONTACT for bank details).

If paying by instalments (bank transfer only):

• The first instalment at the time of booking secures your place at the current rate.

• The second instalment must be paid on or before 1st February 2026.

• The third instalment must be paid on or before 1st May 2026.

Refunds

A full refund of any monies paid is guaranteed for 14 days after the date of payment.

After this, a 50% refund is available until 1st May 2026.

After the 1st May 2026, all payments made will be non-refundable.

If cancellation is necessary after 14 days, or after 1st May 2026, booking may be transferred to another attendee, or carried over to 2027.
